A series 0 is an extraordinary find. This is the first series that was manufactured with a serial number inside the bag. Serial numbers that begin with 0 are known as being manufactured in the “golden age” of CHANEL 1986 to 1988. This era is known to be that of superior quality and artisanship. It is uncommon to find a series 0, but most rare to find one in exceptional condition. 
There is creasing along her backside from open/close and towards bottom, button crack but does not affect the use whatsoever, there are some deflated squares, there is tarnishing on her chain, there is slight color transfer on interior flap, there is slight blemish on front. Please note, it appears that at some point this bag has had a color refresh done, in our opinion. Her hardware logo is bright and beautiful, corners and edges are stunning. Overall, INCREDIBLE vintage condition series 0!
 
There is no such thing as new vintage. It is safe to assume that bags of this age will have flaws or necessary leathery servicing. The flaws are to be expected for a vintage bag and their included accessories during storage and use. The photos in this post are to be considered part of the description. Lambskin and Caviar leather are tender material and slight imperfections are always to be expected such as shallow scratches, wrinkles, impressions, etc…are to be expected.
